The rights of the disfavored party are systematically denied by judges whose disregard for the rights of litigants raises legitimate questions about the professional and personal integrity of the judge. In some courts, official records are criminally altered to preserve the arbitrary decisions of the court.

Judges use their courtrooms as their personal domain, ignoring their Duty under their Oath of Office to "support, obey and defend the Constitution ...". Many judges acting in their "Judicial Capacity" intentionally violate the Law, their Oath of Office and the Code of Judicial Conduct. These judges are unfit to occupy that office.

Corbett, Jr. are engaged in a pattern and practice of State-Sanctioned Stealing, State-Sanctioned Kidnapping, false imprisonment,and other crimes against We the People. They have solicited the cooperation and therefore the collusion of the Dauphin County court to issue arrest warrants and to confiscate materials and documents, including computers in violation of constitutional protections against illegal search and seizure.

Dauphin County court acted without jurisdiction, grounds for the removal from office of judge Lawrence Clark.

Pennsylvania State Police have abducted two commissioned Notary Public officers from Lackawanna County under Dauphin County arrest warrants without prior criminal charges in order to occupy their business location and steal their computers and other materials. Dauphin County also issued an arrest warrant for a Notary Public in Massachusetts and had him kidnapped to Pennsylvania and incarcerated in Dauphin County.

The Middle District of Pennsylvania, 3rd Circuit, Federal court aided and abetted the criminals from the state court to dismiss an action in habeas corpus without a hearing. Judge Sylvia Rambo deserves to be immediately suspended from hier office, and. as the Clinton and Bush adminnistrations have shown, be "fired" for cause, failing to preserve and protect the U.S. Constiotution.

Judges are charged with the DUTY to administer the Law in accordance with the Constitution. Our founding fathers intended the Bill of Rights (1791) to secure individual rights for “We the People” against the tyranny and oppression of a Government which is supposed to serve the People and protect those rights. Every statute and every ordinance in every state is required to pass a “Constitutional” muster. A court that fails to preserve the civil and constitutional rights of all litigants commits CRIMES AGAINST THE PEOPLE; e.g., JUDICIAL ATROCITIES.

Review CASES that contain examples of Crimes Against the People; State-Sanctioned Stealing; False Imprisonment; Subornation of Perjury; Trespassing Against the Law; Intentional Deprivation of Constitutional rights (Due Process, etc.); Criminal Alteration of Court Records; Perjury by judges; etc.

These cases clearly establish judicial misconduct and intentional Distribution of Injustice via pre-determined outcomes. i.e., cases are FIXED.

Each case identifies PROBLEMS within the judicial system and suggests REMEDIES to restore integrity to our courts and where appropriate, reparations to the injured party. Several examples expose judges who administer Law in order to advance a personal agenda or to act for the benefit of one party over another. Black’s Law calls this CORRUPTION.
